Processing Time

All orders are printed and fulfilled on-demand by our production partner. Processing times vary by product:

  • T-Shirts & Apparel: 2-7 business days
  • Hoodies: 2-7 business days
  • Hats & Accessories: 2-7 business days

Please note that processing times do not include shipping time. Orders are typically shipped within 2-7 business days after being placed.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 3-7 business days
  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 10-20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 business days
  • Rest of World: 15-30 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's delivery status.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipped outside the United States, please note:

  • VAT/Customs Duties: We do not collect VAT (Value Added Tax) or customs duties at checkout for international orders. Customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, and other countries may be required to pay VAT, customs duties, or import fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery Delays: Customs processing may cause delays in delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

  • Refused Packages: If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs and will not receive a full refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at callmehhaleystore@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping your order or issuing a refund.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at callmehhaleystore@gmail.com.
